Everyone there is always very friendly, and very accommodating. I work mostly with Miss Betty in parts, she’s always quick to help me with whatever I need to make sure I get the right stuff the first time. No matter what I throw at her she always comes through with part numbers and pricing with very little wait time. If they don’t have it on hand, she’ll locate it for me. She always puts in 100% to make sure I have what I need.

Betty will always be my go to for parts when I’m needing something from Rush. She is very attentive and very clear on their pricing and availability. Every single experience I’ve had over the phone or in person with Betty is nothing short of amazing. She has even gone above and beyond when I needed help with parts after hours or even if she’s on PTO, she never fails to give great customer service. Thank you Betty for all that you do!

I have to say Tracy Garza from the service department is the most honest, helpful worker there. She very responsive in answers when they come available. She goes above and beyond to make sure she does her job the best she can and I have to say. That what customer service is all about. Treating the customer and making them feel they matter and understood
